Agreement

By using FabEngineer Pro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid members.

The Service

FabEngineer Pro provides web-based calculators, estimating tools, and quoting software for fabrication professionals. The Service includes both free tools (no account required) and Pro tools (subscription required).

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any feature of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to paid subscribers.

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not share your account with others
• You must be 13 years of age or older to use the Service

Pro Subscription

Pro features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup.

• Free trial: New accounts may receive a 7-day free trial. No charge during the trial period.
• Billing: Your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
• Price changes: We will provide 30 days notice of any price increases to existing subscribers.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service or its tools
• Use automated means to access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the security of the Service
• Share your Pro account credentials to circumvent subscription requirements

Your Data

You own the data you create using the Service (quotes, presets, uploaded files). We do not claim ownership over your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

We are not responsible for data loss due to circumstances outside our control. We recommend exporting important quotes via CSV regularly.

Accuracy of Calculations

FabEngineer Pro provides tools to assist with estimating and engineering calculations. All results are provided as-is for reference purposes. You are solely responsible for verifying calculations before using them to make business, engineering, or safety decisions.

We make no warranty that any calculation, estimate, or result produced by the Service is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, tools, and content, is owned by FabEngineer Pro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FabEngineer Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days then permanently deleted.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where FabEngineer Pro is registered.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
